I am offering one (1) large roll of 1" Wide, Red, White and Blue Elastic Binding. Yardage on roll unknown. The roll shown in photos has been sold, but you are getting a similar size roll. The only difference in appearance may be tape wrapping, string, and/or cardboard. Roll is approximately 11" round and weighs about 1-1/2 pounds. Roll was stored in a plastic bag and has a strong elastic odor -- could use airing out.This roll of binding will be Sold … AS IS … NO RETURN … NO REFUND.
