Crinoline is a multi-purpose material ideal for petticoats or to add structure and volume to costumes, garments, dresses, trims, veils, crafts, and more. The fabric features a hex mesh 1cm diamond shape holes and is non fray and non stretch and sold by the yard continuous up to 240 yards.
