Chinese Hand-Carved Cork in Glass Shadow Box. This beautiful hand-carved cork was purchased by the seller in China around 1989 when the seller was on a diplomatic assignment for the United Nations. Photos are provided to illustrate the three-dimensions of the carving from various angles. Some glare off the glass frames is visible. The three dimensions of the pagoda and trees can be appreciated from the photographs. Two swans on a branch can be seen in the lower part of the carving. The frame measures 8.75 inches in length, 6 7/8 inches in height, and 1 1/8 inches in width. It weighs 9.6 oz.
