This is a rare collectible set of four Chinese accordion paper lanterns dating back to the mid-20th century (1960s). The lanterns were made in Japan and feature a traditional Chinese design. They are a unique and decorative piece that captures the cultural essence of Chinese craftsmanship and style. These are in great condition considering their age. They can be stretched out further, but since they are so old and delicate, I wouldn't push it. They were from my mom's estate. Kept indoors. One of the flutter tags is gone, and there are a couple crinkled areas. Nothing major. Ask questions if you have any and I can take more pictures. The colors are strikingly vibrant. From a non smoking. Non pet home.
